You'll be guided through a step-by-step plan of what I did to get started on my fitness quest.
- This plan is for you if you want to reduce weight, become motivated, or simply find your groove to start being more focused.
- Every day, you will be given a new task to complete. These tasks can take anywhere from two minutes to thirty minutes to complete.
Tasks including ( physical workouts, meal prepping and stretches), so dedicated sometime in your day to compelete this!
- The next day, add a new task to your daily routine.
If you focused on drinking water yesterday, you should continue to do so today, as well as the new duty allocated to you, unless otherwise noted.
- The foods listed in the plans are only suggestions and alternatives.

Carbs- Oatmeal, Fruit, Green veggie, Rice, Quinoa, Potatoes, Limes
